Dear customer, Some Good News September 22, 2004

We are in the process of transferring Dr. Webster-Doyle's books to the warehouse of Random House, our distributor.  This means that customers should be able to place orders with them in the next two weeks, with books ready to ship out a week later.  The Random House order number is 800-733-3000, but the books won't be in their computer system for another two weeks or so.  I wish we were able to better accommodate you, but I'm afraid this is the best we can do in the transition.
